Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Delivery estimates begin once your order leaves our warehouse and may vary during peak seasons or carrier delays.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included
• Start a return by emailing us with your order number — we'll send you a prepaid return label for US orders
• Return shipping is free for US orders; international customers cover return postage
• Clearance items marked final sale cannot be returned
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Received a defective or damaged item? Skip the return process — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full.

Need a different color or model? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team with your order number and the item you'd like instead — we'll ship the replacement as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.
